Located on the Southwest end of the City of Federal Way, this very special neighborhood originated in the late 1960’s and was completed in the 1980’s. It is one of few neighborhoods that has it’s own private PGA rated 18 hole golf course along with a beautiful clubhouse, restaurant and lounge, heated pool and waterfront tennis courts. There are two community waterfront parks and a private security patrol.

Some areas of Twin Lakes feature waterfront homes on one of three community owned lakes. Other areas  feature views of emerald green fairways or stunning views of Puget Sound with Downtown Seattle as a backdrop.

Memberships to the private Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club and "social memberships" that include access only to the Restaurant, Lounge, Pool and Tennis Courts are available, and very affordable.

In its' inception, the Twin Lakes Home Owners' Association was formed, and has maintained an active role in enforcing  protective covenants designed to ensure  total enjoyment of your property, while protecting your property’s lasting value.
